These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the legal services, digital info products, and physical goods provided by Realtor Legal Partner. By engaging with our offerings, you agree to these Terms.

Services: professional legal consultancy, contract review, and training sessions tailored for realtors.

Info Products: downloadable digital guides, templates, and online courses.

Goods: printed manuals and branded stationery.

3. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using any part of our offerings, you accept and agree to be bound by these Terms.

4. Scope of Offerings

4.1 Services: We deliver bespoke advisory and document drafting. Scheduling and delivery timelines will be confirmed upon booking.

4.2 Info Products: Upon purchase, digital files will be available for immediate download.

4.3 Goods: Physical items will be shipped to the address you provide.

5. Fees and Payment

All fees are quoted in Swiss Francs. Payment is due in full before delivery or commencement of any offering. Payment methods will be specified at checkout.

6. Cancellations and Refund Policy

6.1 General Policy: We strive for client satisfaction. This section explains eligibility and processes for cancellations and refunds.

6.2 Services: You may reschedule a booked session up to 48 hours before its start at no extra charge. Cancellations made more than 48 hours before are refundable in full. Cancellations within 48 hours are non-refundable due to resource allocation.

6.3 Info Products: If you have not downloaded the digital materials, you may request a refund within 14 days of purchase. Once files are downloaded, all sales are final.

6.4 Goods: Unused items in original condition may be sent back for a refund within 30 days of delivery. Shipping costs for sending items back are the responsibility of the purchaser.

6.5 Refund Processing: Approved refunds will be issued via the original payment method within 14 days after approval. If the original method is unavailable, we will coordinate an alternative arrangement with you.

6.6 Non-Refundable Offerings: Custom document drafting and personalized consulting packages are tailored to individual needs and are non-refundable. This ensures the time and expertise dedicated to bespoke work are respected.

7. Modifications to Terms

We may update these Terms at any time by posting a revised version on our website. The updated Terms will take effect immediately upon posting.
